Mackenzie is the Global Startup Evangelist at AWS. His days are spent traveling the globe to meet startups, share their stories, and connect engineering teams together. Every day there are a large number of startups launching on AWS across every imaginable industry. It’s Mackenzie’s mission to find stories of startups that are helping to improve the world and share these stories with a wide audience.

Prior to joining AWS, Mackenzie was the Head of Technical Operations at Betterment, the world’s largest independent robo-advisor based in NYC which manages over $8B in assets. Mackenzie was a founding engineer and Head of Technical Operations at Oscar Health, an insurance startup also based in NYC, helping to grow the company to over 400+ employees.

Outside of work, Akanksha loves to spend time cooking new cuisines, Bollywood dancing and doing art projects.
Suresh Babu is a DevOps Consultant at Amazon Web Services and is based out in New York metropolitan area. He has around 21 years of experience and specializes in DevOps and Containers. Suresh helps customers in Application Modernization and DevOps adoption. Prior to joining AWS, Suresh has worked with large financial institutions and telcos. Suresh is a passionate public speaker and often speaks about DevOps and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Outside of work Suresh likes to spend his time with family, cycling and swimming.
With over 18years industry experience in Distributed & Embeded Systems design and development as a Software and Systems Engineer focusing on integration, event driven systems, and DevOps practices. Having lead the design, development and implementation of global integrated systems, Aaron supports the AABG team within Global Systems Integrators on the top global initiatives.
Kush is Senior Cloud Architect and a Technical leader with AWS Proserve with an expertise Serverless and Container services. In a career spanning more than 17 years, Kush has designed, architected and modernized many scalable and resilient solutions for both cloud native and hybrid products across multiple domains including Media Systems, Retail, Airlines, Finance, Insurance, Defense and Security amongst others. Kush is based out of Sydney and outside of work, he loves traveling and capturing nature’s beauty through his lens.
